Truckloads and multi-pallet lots on the block
No truckload or multi-pallet lots are open for bidding right now. Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times.
Truckload and multi-pallet recovery by condition

Not enough sales yet: we publish a median only after at least 10 manifested lots from at least 3 sellers sell in a group.

How it’s calculated: winning bid (hammer) ÷ seller-declared manifest retail, for manifested lots with a paid order only. Buyer and seller fees are excluded. A group is shown only with at least 10 sales from at least 3 sellers, and no seller above 50% of them. Data as of Oct 16, 2026. Past results don’t guarantee resale value.
Where liquidation truckloads come from
- Return and distribution centers of big-box retail programs, which clear goods in full trailers rather than one pallet at a time.
- Supplier closeouts and overstock, where a manufacturer or distributor empties warehouse space and the load is deep in a few items.
- Seller consolidations. A liquidator in metro Atlanta builds a trailer from many pallets of one condition or category and sells it as a single lot.
- Multi-pallet liquidation lots split from bigger loads, sized so a buyer with a box truck or a towed trailer can take them home in one trip.
- Mixed truckload liquidation of returns, shelf pulls and new goods in one trailer, which is why each lot's condition code and manifest matter more than the word truckload.
Before you bid on a truckload
Freight is your job.Pickup happens at the seller's warehouse, and a full load needs a 53 ft trailer and a carrier you book yourself. Get a carrier quote before the auction so that cost is already inside your maximum bid.
Weight limits.A loaded tractor and trailer can't exceed 80,000 lb gross, which leaves roughly 44,000 to 47,000 lb of cargo in a dry van (ATS). Dense loads such as appliances or liquids can reach that limit before the floor is full.
Vehicle class for smaller lots.A 26 ft box truck holds about 12 standard pallets single-stacked (Mercer Transportation), and a straight truck rated at 26,001 lb GVWR or more counts as a commercial motor vehicle that needs a CDL (49 CFR 383.5). Check the rating before you rent.
One lot, one bet.A disappointing truckload is two dozen disappointing pallets, not one, so read the whole manifest and the photos rather than the first page and the hero shot.
Space and labour at your end.Two dozen pallets need floor space, a forklift or pallet jack and people to unload them. Line that up before the trailer pulls in.
Cash timing.Payment is due within 2 business days of the close, and invoices above $2,500 are paid by bank transfer (ACH); the seller's payout is held until pickup. New buyers start with $2,500 of open bidding exposure, raised by the team as paid history builds, so a first truckload may need a higher limit.
The claims clock. On a manifested truckload, claims are filed within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup and shortages under 5% of manifest retail aren't claimable. If your carrier needs two days to reach your dock, most of that window passes on the road. Unmanifested loads are as-is.

Truckloads by category
Weight, volume and sorting change a lot from one category to the next. What to plan for in each.
General merchandise truckloads
General merchandise truckloads are the classic bin-store restock: mixed, high piece count and sorted at your place. Manifests matter here because they show how much of the load is worth sorting at all.
General merchandise liquidation palletsFurniture truckloads
Furniture fills a trailer by volume long before it reaches the weight limit. Ask the seller how the load is stacked and whether pieces are boxed or loose, because that decides your unloading plan.
Furniture liquidation palletsAppliance truckloads
Appliance truckloads are heavy and awkward to handle. Check the stated weight against your carrier's cargo limit and have an appliance dolly or forklift ready at your dock.
Appliance liquidation palletsClothing truckloads
Clothing truckloads usually come as large boxes or bales on pallets. Sorting by size, style and grade is the main cost, so budget the hours along with the freight.
Clothing liquidation palletsGrocery and household truckloads
Grocery and household truckloads are dense and date-sensitive. Liquids hit weight quickly, and dated goods need a sales plan that moves them fast after unloading.
Grocery liquidation palletsElectronics truckloads
Electronics truckloads concentrate a lot of value in one lot. A manifest matters even more here, because it is the basis for any shortage claim on a high-value load.
