After you win

How pickup works

  1. 1

Win, then pay within 2 business days

Your invoice is due within 2 business days of the close: by card up to $2,500, by bank transfer (ACH) above that. You pay Two Bro Sales, and the seller’s payout is held until you pick up.

  2. 2

    Get your pickup code

Paying releases the pickup code. Collect inside the auction’s pickup window and during the dock’s pickup hours, both shown on the lot.

  3. 3

Show up with the code, a signer and ID

Bring the pickup code and the name of the person signing for the goods; the signer shows a photo ID. A carrier collecting for you brings its bill of lading (BOL) for the seller to sign.

  4. 4

Check the load before 48 hours are up

Manifested lots can be claimed within 48 hours of pickup; shortages under 5% of manifest retail aren't claimable, and as-is (unmanifested) lots have no claim window.

  5. 5

Your truck, or a carrier you hire

Your own box truck, trailer or freight carrier is welcome. Two Bro Sales doesn’t ship, deliver or broker freight; you book and pay the carrier yourself.

What to bring

Pallets vs truckloads

A single pallet fits a pickup with a trailer; multi-pallet lots and truckloads need a box truck or a 53 ft trailer. Counts below are approximate: pallet size, height and stacking change them, so check each lot’s pallet count and dimensions.
VehicleStandard pallets (approx.)Notes
26 ft box truckabout 12Standard 48 × 40 in pallets, single layer. A straight truck rated at 26,001 lb GVWR or more needs a CDL, so check the rating before you rent. [1][2]
53 ft dry vanabout 26Standard pallets loaded straight, single layer; a turned (pinwheel) pattern fits a few more. Full liquidation truckloads are sized for this trailer. [1][3]

Who buys liquidation pallets here

Bin stores are the most natural fit. A bin store sorts customer returns and shelf pulls into price-dropping bins every week, so it needs a steady restock: several pallets or a truckload at a time, ideally manifested so the owner knows how much of the load is worth putting out.

Flea-market and discount sellers buy single pallets they can sort in a weekend. Online resellers look for manifested lots deep in one category they already list. Exporters consolidate full truckloads of one condition into containers.

What they have in common: a resale certificate, a way to move the load and the cash to pay within 2 business days. Invoices up to $2,500 can go on a card; above that, it's bank transfer (ACH).

FAQ

Local pickup questions

Can I pick up with my own box truck or trailer?

Yes. Any vehicle that carries the load safely works, from a pickup with a trailer for a single pallet to a 26 ft box truck for about a dozen. Check the pallet count, dimensions and weight on the lot before you bid, and bring straps. Loading help differs from one warehouse to the next, so read the pickup instructions on the lot or ask the seller before you drive over.

Can my carrier or a driver pick up for me?

Yes. Pay the invoice, then give your driver or carrier the pickup code and the name of the person signing. They show photo ID at the dock, and a carrier brings its bill of lading (BOL) for the seller to sign. Two Bro Sales doesn't book, ship or broker freight; you hire the carrier and agree the price with them.

I'm outside Georgia. Can I buy?

Yes. We accept Georgia Form ST-5 or your state's equivalent (business registration in states without sales tax); ask your tax advisor which document applies to Georgia pickups. Pickup is still at the seller's warehouse in metro Atlanta, by you or by a carrier you hire.

When are auction nights?

Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times. Lots in one auction close 30 seconds apart, and a bid in the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes, so nothing closes on a bid in flight.

Can I walk in and shop at a warehouse?

No. The warehouses listed here are pickup points for paid, winning lots, not stores, and they aren't open to the public. Every lot is sold online, to verified business buyers only. If you're shopping for yourself, look for a local bin store or discount store instead.
