Every seller.
Every auction night.
Two Bro Sales buyers get verified once with a resale certificate, then bid with every seller on the platform. Proxy bidding keeps your maximum private, a 2-minute soft close stops sniping, invoices are due within 2 business days, and you pick up at the seller’s warehouse in metro Atlanta.

Details
One review. Every seller on the platform.
All sales on Two Bro Sales are to businesses, for resale. We check that once, by hand, and you never upload a certificate for a second seller.
What you need
- Your business. Legal name, address, a contact person and your business type.
- A resale certificate: Georgia Form ST-5 or your state’s equivalent (business registration in states without sales tax). Upload a photo or PDF; a person reviews it before you can bid.
- The bidder terms. You accept them once at verification; every bid you place is binding under them.
Until your business and certificate are approved you can watch lots, but not bid. One account per business; everyone who bids from it bids for you.
Buying from outside Georgia? Yes. We accept Georgia Form ST-5 or your state's equivalent (business registration in states without sales tax); ask your tax advisor which document applies to Georgia pickups. Read the Georgia resale certificate guide.
Bidding limits
Your limit is exposure: the maximums you are leading with on open lots plus any unpaid invoice. A bid that would pass it is refused, and the limit is shown.
- 1On approval$2,500
Your starting limit once the business and resale certificate are approved.
- 2As you build paid historyRaised by our team
Pay your invoices on time and our team can raise your limit. Nothing raises it automatically.
Enter your maximum once. The database does the rest.
You tell us the most you would pay. Two Bro Sales bids for you by the published increment, only as much as it takes to keep you in front, never past your maximum, and never shows it to anyone.
Lot 12 · sitting at $500
- 1Youset a $1,200 maximumYou lead at $500
The lot is sitting at $500 and nobody else has bid, so the price stays where it is.
- 2Bidder Bbids $700You lead at $725
We raise you one $25 increment past their bid. Your maximum is still private.
- 3Bidder Cbids $1,300They lead at $1,250
One increment past your $1,200 maximum. You get an outbid alert and can raise it.
- Equal maximums: the earlier bid keeps the lead.
- A reserve: if your maximum meets it, the price moves to the reserve.
- Raising your own maximum while you lead does not change the price, unless the raise meets the reserve; then the price moves to the reserve.
No sniping. A late bid buys everyone two more minutes.
- 7:29:10A bid arrives in the last 2 minutes
It changes the price or the leader, so the clock moves.
- 7:30:00The scheduled close, skipped
Lot 12 now closes 2 minutes after that bid.
- 7:31:10New close, if nobody bids again
Another late bid pushes it out again, until 2 quiet minutes pass.
Only that lot moves. Lot 13 still closes at 7:30:30. Lots close 30 seconds apart so you can follow a run of them without losing one.
How a soft close works, step by stepAuction nights
Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times. Lots open for bidding at the auction’s open time, shown on the auction page; the evening is when they close. The first lot closes at its scheduled time and the rest follow 30 seconds apart, so a 40-lot auction runs about 20 minutes plus extensions. Set your maximums early and let the proxy work, or watch it live.
Every bid is binding
A bid cannot be retracted, lowered or cancelled once placed, including for a typing error. Check the lot number, the quantity, the condition code and your maximum before you confirm. If you lead when the lot closes, or you use a Buy Now price, you have bought it.
Bid increments
The next bid must beat the current price by at least the increment for that price. The proxy raises you by the same steps.
Two business days. Card for small invoices, bank transfer for big ones.
The invoice lands the moment a lot closes. Nothing is released for pickup until it is paid, and the seller is not paid until you have collected.
The clock
- 1The lot closes
Your invoice is issued when the lot closes: the winning bid plus any buyer fee, with the due date on it. It is due within 2 business days.
- 2You pay
Card for invoices up to $2,500; bank transfer (ACH) above that, through Stripe. Two Bro Sales collects the payment for the seller.
- 3It clears
Book a pickup slot from your order. Your pickup code is on it. Nothing is released until the invoice is paid in full.
If you don’t pay
- Non-payment fee
- Greater of $100 or 10% of the winning bid
- Assessed to your account and recorded alongside the strike.
- A strike
- One per unpaid invoice
- Two strikes in twelve months is a suspension.
- The lot
- Offered to the next bidder
- Or relisted. You stay liable for the fee and any shortfall.
Two fees, both capped at $500 a lot.
Buyers a seller invited pay no buyer fee on that seller’s lots. Buyers Two Bro Sales introduced pay 5% of the winning bid, capped at $500. Sellers pay 2%, capped at $500.

A code, a name and a photo.
Pickup is where the money moves. The seller is not paid until it is confirmed, so both sides have every reason to get it right.
- 01
Book a slot
Each auction sets its pickup window, location, hours and storage terms. They are on the auction page before you bid and on your order after.
- 02
Bring your pickup code
It is on your order. Whoever collects gives the code, shows ID and signs for the lot. No code, no release.
- 03
Sign and photograph
The seller records the signer’s name and photographs the load leaving. The seller’s payout waits for that confirmation.

Your 48 hours start
The claims window on manifested lots runs from the confirmed pickup. Count it, check it, and file quickly if something is short.
Pickup is local only, at the seller’s warehouse in metro Atlanta. Two Bro Sales does not ship or broker freight, but you can send your own carrier. Pickup windows and storage terms are set by each seller and shown on the auction page; read them before you bid. Transport, labour and equipment are yours to arrange unless the listing says otherwise, and a lot left past the window can be charged storage under the auction’s terms. How to pick up a liquidation pallet.
48 hours, manifested lots, pro-rata.
Goods are sold as-is. What a manifest promises is different: if a manifested lot is short, you can claim, and an upheld claim is refunded to you and deducted from the seller’s payout.
What you can claim
- A shortage against the manifest: fewer units than it states.
- The wrong lot: what was released is not what you bought.
- Condition materially off the stated code: salvage sold as shelf pulls, for example.
- Filed from your order page within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup, with photos and your count.
- The remedy is a pro-rata refund of the hammer price, calculated on manifest retail value.
What you can’t
- Shortages under 5% of the manifest retail value. That is normal variance on a liquidation load.
- Unmanifested lots. No manifest, no count to claim against. The photos and condition code are the description.
- Anything after 48 hours from the confirmed pickup.
- Consequential losses. Lost resale, transport or labour are not recoverable.
Claims are reviewed by a person and the platform’s determination is final. An upheld claim is refunded to you and deducted from the seller’s payout, and a seller’s manifest accuracy is tracked and shown on their storefront. Read the bidder terms, or learn how to read a liquidation manifest before you bid.
Go deeper before your first bid
Rules that hold when money is on the table.
Resale certificate verification
Every bidder is a business with a state resale certificate on file, reviewed by a person before the first bid.
Bidding limits
Limits start at $2,500 and are raised as you build paid history, so a new account cannot run up a lot it cannot pay for.
Payout held until pickup
Sellers are paid when the buyer signs for the goods. Nobody is paid for a pallet that never left the dock.
Manifests required on manifested lots
If a lot is sold against a manifest, the manifest is on the listing, row by row, with retail totals you can check.
48-hour claims window
Shortages and wrong-lot claims on manifested lots are filed within 48 hours of pickup, with photos, and settled from the held payout.
