| Legal and trade name | LT Liquidations LLC, doing business as Two Bro Sales (twobrosales.com). |
|---|---|
| Based in | Metro Atlanta, Georgia, USA. |
| What it is | A wholesale liquidation auction marketplace. Independent liquidators run their own branded storefronts and hold timed online auctions. |
| Who can buy | Verified businesses only: bin stores, discount and flea-market sellers, online resellers, exporters. Buyers register once and upload a resale certificate (Georgia Form ST-5 or their state's equivalent; business registration in states without sales tax), and a person approves the account before it can bid. No consumer bidding. |
| Who sells | Independent liquidators, each with its own storefront. Two Bro Sales never sells its own inventory. |
| What’s sold | Pallets, multi-pallet lots and truckloads of customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock and salvage merchandise. |
| Auction format | Timed online auctions with proxy bidding (maximum bids are never shown). By default, a bid in the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes and lots in one auction close 30 seconds apart; each auction page shows its own settings. Ties go to the earlier bid; bids are binding. Some lots offer Buy Now until the first bid. |
| Auction nights | Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times. |
| Seller fee | 2% of the winning bid, capped at $500 per lot. No listing, setup or per-bid fees. Founding sellers pay no seller fee for 90 days. |
| Buyer fee | 5% of the winning bid, capped at $500 per lot, only when Two Bro Sales introduced the buyer to that seller. Buyers a seller invited through its own link (house accounts) pay no buyer fee on that seller’s lots. |
| Payment | Due within 2 business days of the close: card up to $2,500, bank transfer (ACH) above that, processed by Stripe. For invoices paid through Two Bro Sales, the platform collects the payment and holds the seller’s payout until pickup. |
| Pickup | Local pickup only, at the seller's warehouse in metro Atlanta, Georgia. Buyers may send their own freight carrier; Two Bro Sales does not ship or broker freight. |
| Claims | Manifested lots only, within 48 hours of pickup. Shortages under 5% of manifest retail are not claimable; the remedy is a pro-rata refund. Unmanifested (as-is) lots have no claim window. |
| Out-of-state buyers | Yes. We accept Georgia Form ST-5 or your state's equivalent (business registration in states without sales tax); ask your tax advisor which document applies to Georgia pickups. |
