For liquidators

Your storefront.
Your buyers.
Paid at pickup.

Two Bro Sales is a liquidation auction platform for sellers: independent liquidators in metro Atlanta run timed online auctions of pallets and truckloads from their own branded storefront, and verified business buyers bid. The seller fee is 2% of the winning bid, capped at $500 a lot, and buyers you invite pay no buyer fee.

What you get

Everything around the hammer, included.

You bring the loads and the buyers you already have. The platform does the rest, from the first bid to the signed pickup.

  • Your own storefront

Your name, logo, colour and license number at /s/your-name. It shows your auctions and nothing else.

  • Manifest import

Upload the CSV you already have. Rows, retail totals and the category mix land on the lot page for buyers to check.

  • Invoices, automatically

The winner gets an invoice the moment a lot closes: the hammer price plus any buyer fee. Due in 2 business days.

  • Payment collection

Card up to $2,500, bank transfer above. We collect it, not you, and nothing is released for pickup until it is paid.

  • Payout at pickup

Your proceeds are held and become eligible for release when the pickup is confirmed; Two Bro Sales releases them once the hold clears.

  • Pickup scheduling

Buyers book a slot inside your pickup window. Each pickup is confirmed with a code, a signer’s name and a photo.

  • Non-payer handling

A buyer who misses the due date is assessed the non-payment fee, takes a strike, and the lot goes to your next bidder.

  • The verified buyer pool

Every bidder here is a business with a state resale certificate reviewed by a person. Sell to your own buyers, to the marketplace, or both.

Seller fees

One fee. Taken after pickup, never before.

2% of the winning bid, capped at $500 a lot, deducted from the payout after the buyer collects. No listing, setup or per-bid fees. Buyers you invite pay no buyer fee on your lots.

Founding sellers

No seller fee for 90 days.

Open your storefront during the founding period and the seller fee is waived for your first 90 days. Everything else stays the same: your buyers pay nothing, and the payout still lands at pickup.

Do the math on a $100,000 month.

On HiBid’s published fees you pay an auction fee, per-bid fees and software. Here there is one fee, and it stops at the cap.

HiBid figures are its published fees from AuctionFlex’s price list (auction fee, software, unique bid fees), verified . Assumptions: $100,000 of hammer over 4 auction nights of 150 lots, enough unique bidders each night to reach the per-auction cap, and the cheapest to the dearest AuctionFlex 360 plan. Check your own contract.

The cap means a lot that hammers above $25,000 pays $500, not 2%. Buyer-side fees are left out on both sides: buyers you invite pay no buyer fee here, and HiBid publishes no buyer fee (see their current terms). Card and ACH processing is passed through at cost and excluded from these figures on both sides.

The neutrality promise

A venue that never bids against you.

  • We never sell our own inventory.

No house loads, no consignments, no platform storefront. The venue has nothing on the block, so it is never bidding against you or steering your buyers to its own pallets.

  • Your storefront is yours.

It shows your auctions, your terms, your pickup location and your license number. No other seller’s lots appear on your pages, and your invite link lands buyers on them.

  • Nobody can see a maximum.

Not other bidders, not you, not us. Prices are computed in the database from the published increment, so the venue cannot nudge a lot, and your buyers know it.

Questions sellers ask

Straight answers.

The ones we hear on the first call. If yours is not here, a person will answer it before you list a lot.

I already have my buyers. Why pay you?

You are not paying for buyers; you are paying for the machinery around them, and only when a lot actually sells. The storefront, manifest import, proxy bidding with soft close, invoicing, payment collection, pickup scheduling and non-payer handling are all included. The buyers you bring are house accounts: they pay no buyer fee on your lots, and your fee is 2% of hammer capped at $500 a lot. There is no listing, software or per-bid fee, and founding sellers pay no seller fee at all for 90 days.

Will you show my buyers my competitors’ loads?

Not on your storefront. It shows your auctions and nothing else: no related lots, no banners for other sellers, no cross-promotion. Your invite link lands buyers on your pages. Buyers do hold one account for the whole platform and can choose to browse the marketplace, where every approved seller’s lots appear and marketplace-sourced buyers pay the 5% buyer fee. Whatever they browse, a buyer you brought stays a house account on your lots, at 0%.

When do I get paid?

After the buyer picks up. Pickup is confirmed with the pickup code, the signer’s name and a photo, and that confirmation is what starts the payout. Sellers we have marked trusted are eligible at pickup; everyone else 48 hours after pickup, which is the claims window on manifested lots. Two Bro Sales releases the payout once the hold clears and no claim is open. An upheld claim is deducted from the held payout, so a dispute never becomes a clawback from your bank account. The seller fee is itemised on each order in your dashboard.

What happens when a buyer doesn’t pay?

Invoices are due in 2 business days. A buyer who misses it is assessed a non-payment fee of the greater of $100 or 10% of hammer and takes a strike; two strikes in twelve months is a suspension. The lot comes back to you: offer it to the next highest bidder or relist it. There is no payout on a lot that does not complete, and no seller fee either.

Do I need an auctioneer license?

We can’t tell you whether you need one. The Georgia Department of Auctioneers’ published FAQ says there is no exemption in Georgia law for online auctions. We are asking that office for a written answer and will publish it on the sellers page. Storefronts show a seller-provided license number when the seller has one; Two Bro Sales has not verified it. Outside Georgia, check your own state’s rules before your first auction night. This is not legal advice.

Are you going to compete with me?

No. The platform never sells its own inventory: we do not buy loads, take consignments or run a house storefront. Two Bro Sales earns 2% when your lot sells and a buyer fee only from buyers the marketplace supplied. It has no reason to want your buyers anywhere except bidding on your lots.

Open your storefront before the next auction night.

Founding sellers pay no seller fee for 90 days. A person reviews every new storefront before its first auction goes live.
