The rules

How the seller fee works

  • Charged only when a lot sells. 2% of the winning bid, rounded down to the cent, capped at $500 a lot.
  • Deducted from your payout. The platform collects the buyer’s payment and holds your payout until pickup; the seller fee comes out of that payout.
  • No other seller fees. No listing, setup, per-bid or software fees, and no monthly subscription.
  • Founding sellers. No seller fee for the first 90 days; the standard 2% applies after that.
  • The buyer fee is the buyer’s. Buyers who join through your invite link are house accounts and pay no buyer fee on your lots. Buyers the marketplace introduced pay 5% on top of the winning bid, capped at $500.
  • Payment terms. Buyers pay within 2 business days: card up to $2,500, bank transfer (ACH) above that.
  • Non-payment. A buyer who misses the deadline is charged the greater of $100 or 10% of the winning bid and takes a strike; 2 strikes suspend the account, and the lot may be offered to the next bidder.

Card and ACH processing is passed through at cost and excluded from these figures on both sides.
