Meet the bros

Two bros. Real pallets.
Bro prices.

We built Two Bro Sales because buying liquidation should be simple: manifests you can read line by line, sellers you can check out before you bid, and brand-name goods at wholesale bids. Every buyer is a verified business, every bid is binding, and every load is picked up in metro Atlanta.

  • Liquidators run their own storefront and bring their own buyers.
  • Proxy bidding and a soft close, so nobody wins by sniping.
  • Payment is collected for the seller; their payout waits until you pick up.

Three steps. No buyer fee from the sellers who invited you.

Built to be trusted on both sides

Rules that hold when money is on the table.

  • Resale certificate verification

Every bidder is a business with a state resale certificate on file, reviewed by a person before the first bid.

  • Bidding limits

Limits start at $2,500 and are raised as you build paid history, so a new account cannot run up a lot it cannot pay for.

  • Payout held until pickup

Sellers are paid when the buyer signs for the goods. Nobody is paid for a pallet that never left the dock.

  • Manifests required on manifested lots

If a lot is sold against a manifest, the manifest is on the listing, row by row, with retail totals you can check.

  • 48-hour claims window

Shortages and wrong-lot claims on manifested lots are filed within 48 hours of pickup, with photos, and settled from the held payout.

Questions

Before you bid.

The short version of the bidder terms, which every buyer accepts at verification.

Who can bid on Two Bro Sales?

Businesses that buy for resale: bin stores, discount and flea-market sellers, online resellers and exporters. You upload a resale certificate once (Georgia Form ST-5 or your state’s equivalent), and a person approves the account before it can bid. There is no consumer bidding.

Can I bid from outside Georgia?

Yes. We accept Georgia Form ST-5 or your state's equivalent (business registration in states without sales tax); ask your tax advisor which document applies to Georgia pickups. Every lot is picked up at the seller’s warehouse in metro Atlanta, by you or a carrier you send.

What does it cost to bid?

Nothing to register and nothing to bid. If you joined through a seller’s own invite link, you pay no buyer fee on that seller’s lots. If Two Bro Sales introduced you to the seller, a buyer fee of 5% of the winning bid applies, capped at $500 per lot.

When are auction nights?

Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times. Lots open for bidding at the auction’s open time, shown on the auction page, and the lots in one auction close 30 seconds apart.

How does proxy bidding work?

You enter the most you would pay. The system bids the minimum needed to keep you in front, one increment at a time, never past your maximum. Your maximum stays in the database and is never sent to any browser, not even yours.

What is the soft close?

Lots close one after another on a timer. A bid placed in the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes, so a lot cannot be sniped at the buzzer. The clock is the database’s clock, the same for everyone.

How do I pay and pick up?

Invoices are due within 2 business days: card up to $2,500, bank transfer (ACH) above that. Then book a pickup slot at the seller’s warehouse, bring your pickup code and sign for the goods. Two Bro Sales does not ship or broker freight, and the seller is paid only after that handoff.

What if a manifested lot is short?

Claims on manifested lots are open for 48 hours after pickup. File with photos and the manifest lines in question; shortages under 5% of manifest retail are not claimable, and an upheld claim is a pro-rata refund, deducted from the seller’s payout. Unmanifested lots are sold as-is, with no claim window.

What does it cost to sell?

A seller fee of 2% of the winning bid, capped at $500 per lot, taken from the payout after the buyer picks up. No listing, setup or per-bid fees. Founding sellers pay no seller fee for 90 days, and buyers you invite pay no buyer fee on your lots.
