Founding sellers · metro Atlanta

Founding sellers pay no seller fee for 90 days.

Two Bro Sales is signing up its first independent liquidators in metro Atlanta to sell pallets and truckloads from their own storefront in timed online auctions. Founding sellers pay no seller fee for 90 days, then 2% of the sale price capped at $500 a lot, and the buyers you bring pay no buyer fee.

40–60% off retail is the brand's positioning, not a guarantee; actual prices vary by lot.

The founding-seller deal

Everything around the hammer, and no fee to start.

You bring the loads and the buyers you already text every week. The platform does the paperwork, and for your first 90 days it costs you nothing when a lot sells.

  • No seller fee for 90 days

Every lot that closes inside your first 90 days pays $0 seller fee. After that it is 2% of the winning bid, capped at $500 a lot. No listing, setup, software or per-bid fees.

  • Your buyers pay no buyer fee

Buyers who join through your invite link are your house accounts: 0% buyer fee on your lots. Buyers the marketplace introduces pay 5% (capped at $500), and that comes out of their pocket, not yours.

  • Your own storefront

Your name, logo, colour and license number at /s/your-name. It shows your auctions and nothing else: no other seller's loads, no cross-promotion.

  • Paid at pickup, not chased

Buyers pay Two Bro Sales within 2 business days of the close. Your payout is held until the buyer picks up, then released once the hold clears. Collecting is our job, not yours.

  • Manifests, invoices, pickups: handled

Upload the manifest CSV you already have. Invoices go out the moment a lot closes, pickup slots are booked inside your window, and every pickup is confirmed with a code, a signer's name and a photo.

  • Verified business buyers only

Every bidder is a business with a resale certificate that a person reviewed. Bids are binding. A buyer who doesn't pay takes a strike and a non-payment fee, and the lot goes to your next bidder.

Your first auction

We set it up with you, side by side.

Founding sellers don't figure it out alone. We sit down with you for the first one, at your warehouse or on a call, until it's live.

It is still your auction: it runs on your storefront, under your name, with your terms and your pickup location. You publish it; we help with the setup and answer the phone on auction night.

  1. 1

    Storefront

We set up your page with you: name, logo, colour, pickup address and hours. You claim it with a one-time link and accept the seller agreement, and your founding waiver goes on when it's approved.

  2. 2

    Photos and lots

Bring your photos or we shoot them at your dock. We help you split the load into lots that sell: by pallet, by category, by condition.

  3. 3

    Manifest

Your manifest CSV goes in as-is. Buyers see item lines, quantities and retail totals on every manifested lot.

  4. 4

    Schedule

You pick the night. Most sellers choose a Tuesday or Thursday evening at 7 pm Eastern; lots close 30 seconds apart with a soft close.

  5. 5

    Buyer invites

You get an invite link and a printable QR sign. We help you send it to your buyer list so they join as house accounts before the first lot opens.

  6. 6

    Auction night to pickup

You publish, and we watch the live monitor with you. Winners get invoices automatically, pay us, book a pickup slot, and you release the load against their pickup code.

The math, straight

2%, capped at $500. Zero for 90 days.

One fee, taken from the payout after pickup, never before. The cap means a lot that hammers above $25,000 pays $500, not 2%.

Seller fee per lot during and after the founding period
Sale priceFirst 90 daysAfter
A pallet$400$0$8
Four pallets$2,500$0$50
A truckload$9,000$0$180
A big truckload$40,000$0$500

Seller fee per lot. Buyers you invite pay $0 buyer fee on top. Card and ACH processing isn’t included in these figures. A lot counts toward the founding period when it closes before your waiver end date.

Straight talk

What we haven't built yet.

We're new, and founding sellers should know exactly what they're signing up for. Here is the honest list.

  • Self-serve bank connection is still coming. Payouts through Stripe Connect are not switched on yet; until they are, the Two Bro Sales team releases each payout once its hold clears.
  • The buyer pool is young. Every buyer is verified, but there aren’t thousands of them yet. Ask us for today’s count and you’ll get the real number. Your own buyers are why the house-account rule exists.
  • Claims are for manifested lots only. Buyers can claim within 48 hours of pickup on a manifested lot; shortages under 5% of manifest retail aren’t claimable. As-is lots have no claim window.
  • Auctioneer licensing is your call to check. The Georgia Department of Auctioneers’ published FAQ says there is no exemption in Georgia law for online auctions, so we treat timed online auctions as licensed activity. Your storefront shows your license number if you have one; we don’t verify it. Check your own situation with the Georgia Department of Auctioneers (Georgia Secretary of State) before your first auction night. This is our honest reading, not legal advice.

Two Bro Sales does not offer:

  • SMS or text alerts (alerts come by email and in the app)
  • shipping or freight brokering (pickup is local; buyers may arrange their own freight)
  • sales to consumers (business buyers only)
  • a mobile app
  • custom domains for seller storefronts
  • referral payouts
  • instant payouts
  • any guarantee of resale value
  • free shipping

Questions

What liquidators ask us first.

More on fees, payouts and licensing on the sellers page.

Who counts as a founding seller?

An independent liquidator whose storefront is approved while the founding offer is open. The 90-day waiver starts the day it is switched on, which we do when we approve your storefront, and any lot that closes before it ends pays no seller fee.

What does it cost me to try?

Nothing up front. No listing, setup, software or per-bid fees. The seller fee is charged only when a lot sells, and founding sellers pay none for 90 days. Who pays card and ACH processing hasn't been decided yet; we'll tell you in writing before your first sale.

Do I have to bring my own buyers?

No, but they're your best deal. Buyers who join through your invite link pay no buyer fee on your lots. Marketplace buyers can bid on your lots too; they pay a 5% buyer fee capped at $500, and you pay nothing extra for them.

When do I get paid?

After pickup. Buyers pay Two Bro Sales within 2 business days of the close. Your payout (the sale price minus any seller fee) is held until the buyer picks up, then released once the hold clears: at pickup for sellers we have marked trusted and for unmanifested lots, 48 hours after pickup on manifested lots otherwise.

What if a buyer doesn't pay?

They're assessed a non-payment fee (the greater of $100 or 10% of the winning bid) and take a strike; 2 strikes suspend the account. The lot comes back to you to offer to the next bidder or relist. No sale, no seller fee.

Will you sell against me?

No. Two Bro Sales never buys or sells its own inventory: no house loads, no consignments, no platform storefront. Every lot belongs to an independent seller.
