Closing soonest, every category
No lots are open for bidding right now. Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times.
Pallets by condition and load size
Condition decides how much of a load works and how much sorting it needs; load size decides how you move it. Full definitions, with examples, are in the conditions guide.
Customer return pallets
Items shoppers sent back: a mix of working, open-box and defective units. Read the condition notes on the manifest before you set a maximum.
Lots and buying notesShelf pull pallets
Unsold store stock pulled for a season change or a shelf reset. Mostly unused, sometimes with shelf wear, price stickers or tired packaging.
Lots and buying notesOverstock pallets
New, never-sold stock a retailer ordered too much of. Listed under the New condition and often deep in a handful of SKUs.
Lots and buying notesSalvage pallets
Damaged, incomplete or untested goods sold for parts and repair. Priced low because part of the load will not work.
Lots and buying notesTruckloads and multi-pallet lots
Multi-pallet lots and full truckloads for buyers with the dock space and a trailer or carrier to move them in one trip.

Every lot is collected in metro Atlanta
Nothing on Two Bro Sales is shipped. You collect each lot at the seller's own warehouse in metro Atlanta, Georgia, and every lot page shows its pickup location before you bid.
Local pickup matters most on heavy loads. Furniture, appliances and truckloads can lose much of their margin to long-haul freight, so buyers within driving distance keep more of the spread. Bring your own truck or trailer, or book your own carrier; Two Bro Sales does not arrange freight.
What liquidation pallets sold for, by condition
Median winning bid as a share of seller-declared manifest retail, by condition, from paid sales from the last 365 days.
Not enough sales yet: we publish a median only after at least 10 manifested lots from at least 3 sellers sell in a group.

How it’s calculated: winning bid (hammer) ÷ seller-declared manifest retail, for manifested lots with a paid order only. Buyer and seller fees are excluded. A group is shown only with at least 10 sales from at least 3 sellers, and no seller above 50% of them. Data as of Oct 16, 2026. Past results don’t guarantee resale value.
How buying a liquidation pallet works
Step 1: Get verified
Register your business once and upload a resale certificate (Georgia Form ST-5 or your state's equivalent). A person checks it and approves the account before it can bid.
Step 2: Read the lot
Check the photos, condition, load size and pickup location. On a manifested lot, read the item list with quantities and unit retail before you decide what the load is worth to you.
Step 3: Bid your maximum
Enter the most you will pay and proxy bidding bids only what it takes to keep you ahead. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the lot by 2 minutes, and every bid is binding.
Step 4: Pay the invoice
Pay within 2 business days of the close: card up to $2,500, bank transfer (ACH) above that. The seller's payout is held until you pick up.
Step 5: Pick up at the dock
Bring your pickup code and a photo ID to the seller's warehouse. Manifested lots can be claimed within 48 hours of pickup; unmanifested lots sell as-is with no claim window.
