Shelf pull pallets from store resets and season changes
Shelf pull pallets hold store stock taken off the shelf for a season or planogram change, so most of it never reached a shopper. Independent liquidators auction these lots on Two Bro Sales to verified business buyers only, and each one is collected at the seller's warehouse in metro Atlanta, Georgia.
Business buyers only: resale certificate (Georgia Form ST-5 or your state’s equivalent) required.
Shelf pull lots open for bidding
No shelf pull lots are open for bidding right now. Most sellers schedule auctions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 pm Eastern; each auction shows its own times.
Shelf pull recovery by category
Median winning bid as a share of seller-declared manifest retail, by category, from paid sales from the last 365 days.
Not enough sales yet: we publish a median only after at least 10 manifested lots from at least 3 sellers sell in a group.
See how the figures are built on liquidation pallet prices on Two Bro Sales.
How it’s calculated: winning bid (hammer) ÷ seller-declared manifest retail, for manifested lots with a paid order only. Buyer and seller fees are excluded. A group is shown only with at least 10 sales from at least 3 sellers, and no seller above 50% of them. Data as of Oct 16, 2026. Past results don’t guarantee resale value.
Where shelf pulls come from
- Seasonal resets. Stores clear holiday, back-to-school, summer and garden goods to make room for the next season, and whatever didn't sell in time comes off the shelf together.
- Planogram changes. When a chain redraws an aisle, products that lose their spot are pulled even though nothing is wrong with them.
- Packaging refreshes and discontinued item numbers, where the product inside is current but the box design or the SKU is being retired.
- Consumables pulled ahead of a date code, such as beauty, personal care and household goods that a store won't keep on display close to the date.
- Consolidation of shelf stock from several stores or a regional distribution center, sold by the pallet instead of being worked back into inventory.
What to check on a shelf pull lot
Shelf wear.Scuffed or faded boxes, dented corners, dust and torn hang tabs are typical. The product inside is usually fine; the packaging took the hits.
Stickers, security tags and adhesive residue.Removing them takes time on every unit, so count that labour when you bid on a high-piece-count lot.
Off-season timing.Holiday décor pulled in January may sit for most of a year before it sells well, which ties up cash and floor space until the season comes back around.
Date codes on beauty, personal care and pantry items. US rules don't require cosmetics to carry an expiration date, but products that are also drugs must print one (FDA). Check every date and how the stock was stored before you list it.
Returns mixed into the load.A few opened or returned units sometimes ride along in a shelf pull pallet. If a manifested lot turns out materially different from its stated condition, it can be claimed within 48 hours of pickup; a handful of worn boxes in a big lot usually isn't material.
Superseded packaging can confuse online shoppers who search by the current box, so photograph what you actually have instead of borrowing stock images.
Where shelf pulls sell
- Online marketplaces. Unused items in an intact original package can be listed as new; when the packaging is damaged, unsealed or missing, the marketplace's new other or open box condition fits instead (eBay item condition definitions).
- Discount and dollar-store style shelves, where clean, current-season goods turn quickly and presentation matters.
- Bin stores, as the better layer in a restock. Mixing shelf pulls into returns raises the quality of what shoppers dig out.
- Flea markets and pop-up sales for seasonal goods, timed for the weeks when shoppers are actually looking for them.
- Exporters who want consistent, unused stock in case quantities rather than mixed returns.
Who buys shelf pull pallets
- Online resellers who want unused stock they can list as new or near-new with little testing.
- Discount and flea-market sellers looking for clean, presentable goods that sell on sight.
- Bin store owners who blend shelf pulls with returns to lift the quality of a restock.
- Seasonal resellers who buy off-season and hold until demand returns.
- Exporters who prefer unused goods in consistent quantities.
Shelf pulls by category
Which aisles get reset often and what that means for the stock that comes off them.
Health and beauty shelf pull pallets
Health and beauty aisles are reset often, so the category shows up regularly in shelf pull lots. Check date and batch codes and ask how the stock was kept; heat breaks down cosmetic preservatives faster (FDA).
Health and beauty liquidation palletsToy shelf pull pallets
Toy shelf pulls follow the calendar. Stock pulled after the holidays is often sealed and current, but it sells best the following fall, so buy with that selling season in mind.
Toy liquidation palletsHome goods shelf pull pallets
Home goods pulls are often seasonal décor, tableware and kitchen lines dropped at a reset. Expect worn cartons around contents that were never used.
Home goods liquidation palletsSporting goods shelf pull pallets
Sporting goods pulls track seasons as well: summer gear in the fall, fitness equipment after the new-year rush. Size runs are often broken, which matters for footwear and apparel.
Sporting goods liquidation palletsGrocery and household shelf pull pallets
Household consumables pulled at a reset are usually still in date. Food and other short-dated grocery belong on the grocery page, where dating and storage get their own treatment.
Grocery liquidation palletsGeneral merchandise shelf pull pallets
General merchandise shelf pull pallets mix several aisles in one load, a broad assortment that suits bin stores and discount tables more than single-category resellers.
