Tools for liquidation buyers and sellers
Free calculators built on the same fee rules Two Bro Sales charges, so the numbers you plan with are the numbers on your invoice. Buyers can work out a max bid before auction night; sellers can see what a lot nets before they list it.
- For buyers
Pallet profit and max-bid calculator
Run the numbersWorks backwards from what a lot should sell for to the most you can bid and still hit your profit goal. It covers three ways to resell: item by item online, through a bin store, or wholesale to another reseller.
It uses the real Two Bro Sales buyer fee (none on a seller's house account, 5% capped at $500 when the marketplace introduced you) and rounds to the bid increments. You also get the break-even bid, profit per hour, and how far the max bid moves if recovery comes in 5 or 10 points off.
- For sellers
Seller fee calculator
Check your feesShows what you pay and what you net on each lot: a 2% seller fee capped at $500 per lot, with no listing, setup or per-bid fees. Founding sellers pay no seller fee for their first 90 days.
It also shows the buyer side of the same sale, so you can see why bringing your own buyers onto a house account keeps their all-in price down.
- For buyers and sellersPublished when enough sales exist
Liquidation pallet prices
Median winning bids as a percentage of seller-declared manifest retail, by category and condition, from confirmed sales of manifested lots on Two Bro Sales.
A figure is published only when it rests on at least 10 sales from at least 3 different sellers, with no seller above 50% of them, so no single seller's prices can be read off it. Until enough sales exist, the calculator runs on published industry estimates instead.
Coming once enough lots have sold.
